Karen Schmidt is the Executive Director of Wichita Women’s Initiative Network. She is responsible for the overall management of the agency, all aspects of the agency’s operations and financial objectives along with assuring the consistent achievement of the agency’s mission. Karen is a Licensed Master’s level social worker with 18 years of experience, which includes 10 years in management and administration.
Amber Beck is the Account Manager for Wichita Women’s Initiative Network. She is in charge of sales and employment partnership. Amber has a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in management from Wichita State University.
Alishea English-Harris is the Case Manager for Wichita Women’s Initiative Network. Alishea provides direct services to participants of WIN, assisting with setting the necessary goals for financial independence. Alishea has a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wichita State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Wichita State University.
Judy Conkling is Development Director for Wichita Women’s Initiative Network. She has a BS in Foods and Nutrition Science from Kansas State University, and a BA in Journalism from Wichita State University.
